TV-Browser 3.3.2 Released: Install it in Ubuntu & Linux Mint

As you may know, TV-Browser is an ad free open source TV guide for more than 1000 channels. It is designed to look like your paper TV guide.

TV-Browser 3.3.2 mainly fixes bugs of the previous version of TV-Browser but also brings some small improvements. It’s recommended to install this update if you experienced problems with the Reminder of TV-Browser.

TV-Browser depends on Java. So before geting started, you may install OpenJDK from Ubuntu Software Center or install Oracle Java via PPA.

After installed Java, download TV browser 3.3.2 for Ubuntu & Linux Mint. From the link below or Sourceforge.net

tvbrowser_3.3.2-1_all.deb

Then double click to install it via pop-up Ubuntu Software Center.
