However, it is always old.<\/p>\n<p>To install the latest version, you can either use the <a href=\"https:\/\/flathub.org\/apps\/details\/org.gnome.Lollypop\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">containerized Flatpak package<\/a>, or add the <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~gnumdk\/+archive\/ubuntu\/lollypop\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">official Ubuntu PPA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.)<\/b> Open <u>terminal<\/u> from your system application launcher. When it opens, run command to add the PPA:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnumdk\/lollypop<\/pre>\n<p><i>Type user password (no asterisk feedback) when it asks and hit Enter to continue.
