The tool is based on Python 2.4-3.3, so it works on all Canonical supported Ubuntu releases. <\/p>\n<p>To install the tool, <b>speedtest-cli<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p>1.) First install <i>python-pip<\/i>, a tool for installing and managing Python packages. To do so, run below command:<\/p>\n<p><code>sudo apt-get install python-pip<\/code><\/p>\n<p>2.)
