Here&#8217;s how to upgrade in Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.04, Ubuntu 12.10 and Linux Mint.<\/p>\n<p>Linux Kernel 3.10.16 fixed a security issue: ipv6 ipsec encryption bug in sctp_v6_xmit, updated drivers as well as other bug fixes. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kernel.org\/pub\/linux\/kernel\/v3.x\/ChangeLog-3.10.16\" title=\"Linux Kernel 3.10.16 changelog\" target=\"_blank\">changelog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Upgrade Linux Kernel 3.10.16:<\/h3>\n<p>Press <u>Ctrl+ALt+T<\/u> on your keyboard to open terminal. When it opens, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<p>1.
