You can easily upgrade to the latest released via PPA. When it opens, run commands below:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch\/gimp<\/pre>\n<p>After that, check for updates via Software Updater as usual.
