Open <b><i>System Settings<\/i><\/b> from Unity Launcher or from top-right corner shutdown menu. Then click on <b><i>Text Entry<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/system-settings-text-entry.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/system-settings-text-entry.jpg\" alt=\"System Settings Text Entry\" width=\"560\" height=\"301\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2415\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/system-settings-text-entry.jpg 560w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/system-settings-text-entry-300x161.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. In the bottom of the window you&#8217;ll see &#8220;Show current input source in the menu bar&#8221; which is enabled by default.
