To install the latest version, you can use the GetDeb repository or Thanh Tung Nguyen&#8217;s PPA.<\/p>\n<p><b>Method 1<\/b>: To add the GetDeb repository, download and install <del datetime=\"2019-04-04T15:36:12+00:00\">this deb.<\/del><\/p>\n<p>Then press Ctrl+Alt+T on keyboard to open the terminal. When it opens, run the commands below one by one:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo apt-get update\r\n\r\nsudo apt-get install avidemux2.6-qt<\/pre>\n<p>These commands will install the video editor in Ubuntu 13.10 or Ubuntu 12.04.
