The new release adds supporting for labels and basic CLI interface.<\/p>\n<p>RSS Guard is simple, light and easy-to-use RSS\/ATOM feed aggregator based on Qt. It support online feed synchronization with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tiny Tiny RSS,<\/li>\n<li>Inoreader,<\/li>\n<li>Nextcloud News,<\/li>\n<li>Gmail API.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RSS Guard 3.8.0 was released with following changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add support for labels:\n<ul>\n<li>Labels are even synchronizable for Inoreader and TT-RSS<\/li>\n<li>Each message can have assigned multiple labels<\/li>\n<li>Feed&#8217;s view now offers &#8220;Labels&#8221; folder with handy per-label filtering<\/li>\n<li>Labels assigned in message are now even available in message filtering<\/li>\n<li>You can assign arbitrary color to each of your labels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>New bundled icon theme &#8211; Numix (Windows only)<\/li>\n<li>Numix is now default icon theme<\/li>\n<li>Use mini.css instead of Bootstrap as built-in web-base message viewer<\/li>\n<li>Message body now has &#8220;auto&#8221; reading direction<\/li>\n<li>JSON feeds are now supported<\/li>\n<li>Added basic CLI interface<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/rssguard-feedreader.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32944\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/rssguard-feedreader.png 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/rssguard-feedreader-450x250.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Install RSS Guard in Ubuntu:<\/h3>\n<p>There&#8217;s no deb packages for the feed reader so far. It however offers official .Appimage for 64-bit Linux.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Download the <b>.Appimage<\/b> package from the github releases page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href='https:\/\/github.com\/martinrotter\/rssguard\/releases' class='arconix-button-flat arconix-button-large arconix-button-tan' target=\"_blank\" >RSS Guard Releases<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> Right click on the file, and go to its <i>Properties<\/i> dialog.
