Here&#8217;s how to install it in Ubuntu via PPA.<\/p>\n<p>The new release of the Bittorrent client features an option for Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) support, which enable people around the world to use domain names in local languages and scripts. <\/p>\n<p>It now allows to add root folder to torrent content. And &#8220;HTTPS tracker validation&#8221; option is available on all platforms with latest libtorrent.<\/p>\n<p>Bug-fixes in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qbittorrent.org\/news.php\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">qBittorrent 4.3.2<\/a> include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fix broken sorting on some columns<\/li>\n<li>Fix availability per file value<\/li>\n<li>Fix status of torrents without metadata<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t try to remove folders for a torrent without metadata<\/li>\n<li>Lift upper limit of &#8220;Max concurrent HTTP announces&#8221; option<\/li>\n<li>Add links to libtorrent documentation<\/li>\n<li>Move &#8220;embedded tracker&#8221; options to qbt section<\/li>\n<li>Properly handle &#8220;Append extension&#8221; option changing<\/li>\n<li>Correctly save paused torrent state<\/li>\n<li>Fix bug of &#8220;move storage job&#8221; can be performed multiple times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are also a few WEB UI changes, including ability to use &#8216;shift+delete&#8217; to delete torrents, allow to attach tags while adding torrents.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/qbittorrent432.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"339\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/qbittorrent432.png 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/qbittorrent432-450x254.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>How to Install qBittorrent via PPA:<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~qbittorrent-team\/+archive\/ubuntu\/qbittorrent-stable\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official qBittorrent PPA<\/a> has built the new release packages for Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04, and derivatives.<\/p>\n<p>1. To add the PPA, open <u>terminal<\/u> by either pressing <b>Ctrl+Alt+T<\/b> on keyboard or searching for &#8220;Terminal&#8221; from application menu.
