It has been one year and four months since the 0.3 release.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>System Load Indicator is an applet on your system tray area that displays graphs for CPU, RAM and swap space use, Disk read\/write, plus network traffic.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/system-load-indicator-ubuntu1404.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/system-load-indicator-ubuntu1404.png\" alt=\"System Load Indicator Ubuntu\" width=\"580\" height=\"290\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/system-load-indicator-ubuntu1404.png 580w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/system-load-indicator-ubuntu1404-300x150.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The most recent 0.4 release brings following fixes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed crash: running indicator-multiload immediately segfaults.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the crash after setting graph smoothing in Advanced settings (bug in 0.4-beta)<\/li>\n<li>Fixed crash at session opening (Gnome Shell). <\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Open System Monitor&#8221; now opens Xfce4 Task Manager in Xfce Desktop.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed menu monitor items do not display on Ubuntu 13.10 (bug in 0.4-beta)<\/li>\n<li>Add GUI option to turn off autoranging on graphs<\/li>\n<li>Provide monochrome colors option<\/li>\n<li>Read <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/indicator-multiload\/+milestone\/0.4\" target=\"_blank\">the release page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Install System Load Indicator 0.4 in Ubuntu:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The new release has been made into PPA, available for Ubuntu 14.10, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 12.04 and their derivatives.<\/p>\n<p>Press <b>Ctrl+Alt+T<\/b> on keyboard to open the terminal.
