Besides that, you can always set the brightness manually from Brightness Levels menu. After that, you can receive updates by Ubuntu&#8217;s Software Updater.<\/p>\n<p>To add the PPA, press <b>Ctrl+Alt+T<\/b> on keyboard to open the terminal. When it opens, run the command below:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fantasyleague0629\/wildguppy<\/pre>\n<p>Then install WildGuppy via:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install wildguppy<\/pre>\n<p>Works on Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.10 and Ubuntu 12.04.<\/p>\n<p><b>Make WildGuppy running at startup:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Run command to edit the config file. <\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo gedit ~\/.config\/autostart\/wildguppy-gtk.desktop<\/pre>\n<p>Type in your password when prompted.
