For image with large resolution (or zoomed in), you may use mouse wheel to scroll up \/ down. Now by <b>holding Shift + mouse wheel<\/b>, the canvas can be scrolled horizontally. <\/p>\n<p>Same to GIMP, user may now <b>press <i>X<\/i> to exchange background and foreground palette colors<\/b> quickly in Pinta since v1.7.1. And, zooming in and out can now be done without pressing the Ctrl key<\/p>\n<p>The release also improved the pop-up dialog when you trying to open an unsupported file format. The file open dialog by default shows only supported images, including <i>ani<\/i>, <i>png<\/i>, <i>bmp<\/i>, <i>jpg<\/i>, <i>gif<\/i>, <i>icns<\/i>, <i>ico<\/i>, <i>jpeg<\/i>, <i>ora<\/i>, <i>pnm<\/i>, <i>qtif<\/i>, <i>svg<\/i>, <i>tga<\/i>, <i>tif<\/i>, <i>tiff<\/i>, <i>xbm<\/i>, <i>xpm<\/i>. It&#8217;s highly to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mono-project.com\/download\/stable\/#download-lin\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">upgrade mono library<\/a> if you want to install Pinta in native deb package.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The app has an <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~pinta-maintainers\/+archive\/ubuntu\/pinta-stable\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">official Ubuntu ppa<\/a> that contains the latest packages for Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu 21.04, and Ubuntu 21.10 so far.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, press Ctrl+Alt+T on keyboard to open terminal.
