Search and launch the <b>dconf Editor<\/b> from Unity dash.<\/p>\n<p>2. Navigate to <b>apps -> indicator-session<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>3. Press <b>Ctrl+Alt+T<\/b> on keyboard to open the terminal. When it opens, run below command and type in your user password to get the root (super user) privilege:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo -i<\/pre>\n<p>2. After that, in this terminal window run command to allow user <b>lightdm<\/b> to create a connection to the X server:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">xhost +SI:localuser:lightdm<\/pre>\n<p>3. Next switch to user <b>lightdm<\/b> in this terminal window:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">su lightdm -s \/bin\/bash<\/pre>\n<p>4.
