Which, remind me of the old popular <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/awn\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Avant Window Navigator<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/animate-dock.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"285\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-42538\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The extension is called &#8216;<i>Dash Animator<\/i>&#8216; designed for Ubuntu with the default GNOME Desktop. As it requires GNOME 40+, only Ubuntu 22.04 meet the request so far. Though, it should also work on other GNOME based Linux that uses Dash-to-Dock, such as Manjaro Linux.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Install the &#8220;Dash Animator&#8221; Extension in Ubuntu 22.04<\/h3>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Firstly, search for and install &#8220;Extension Manager&#8221; application from Ubuntu Software.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/extension-manager-softwarecenter-600x355.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"355\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-42539\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/extension-manager-softwarecenter-600x355.webp 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/extension-manager-softwarecenter-300x178.webp 300w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/extension-manager-softwarecenter-768x454.webp 768w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/extension-manager-softwarecenter.webp 845w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If Ubuntu Software does not work, you may press Ctrl+Alt+T to open terminal, and run the command below to install the tool:<\/p>\n<pre>sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-manager<\/pre>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> After installed the tool, press <i>Super<\/i> (the &#8216;Windows&#8217; logo key) to open <i>Activities<\/i> overview.
