And, it&#8217;s expected to be the default Kernel in the next Ubuntu 26.10 Stonking Stingray.<\/p>\n<p>The new kernel features AMDGPU HDMI 2.1 FRL for high-bandwidth 4K\/8K displays, AMD ISP4 driver, NVIDIA Rust components, Apple M3 boot support, and many other exciting new features.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve already upgrade to 7.2 Kernel in your Linux computer, then VirtualBox needs to be updated to version 7.2.14 for being able to run virtual machines within it.<\/p>\n<p>Besides 7.2 Kernel support on Linux host, this version also added RHEL 9.8 and 9.9 kernels support for Linux Distributions running in VBox virtual machines.<\/p>\n<p>For Windows, VirtualBox 7.2.14 fixed clipboard handling of Unicode formats to avoid scrambled characters when copying and pasting files from Windows host to VM.
