It brings following fixes and improvements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GTK UI: Add Torrent dialog does not appear<\/li>\n<li>Include fix for Twisted 15.0 URI class rename<\/li>\n<li>Enable lt extension bindings again for versions >=0.16.7 (this disables Tracker Exchange by default)<\/li>\n<li>Backport atomic fastresume and state file saving fixes as another attempt to prevent data loss on unclean exits<\/li>\n<li>WebUI: Fixed i18n issue in Connection Manager which left users unable to connect<\/li>\n<li>WebUI: Increase cookie lifespan for display settings<\/li>\n<li>Console: Fixed &#8216;set and then get&#8217; in config command<\/li>\n<li>Scheduler Plugin: Show current speed limit in statusbar<\/li>\n<li>Win32 packaging fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/deluge-bit-client.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/deluge-bit-client-450x250.jpg\" alt=\"deluge-bit-client\" width=\"450\" height=\"250\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/deluge-bit-client-450x250.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/deluge-bit-client-600x334.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/deluge-bit-client.jpg 1153w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>How to Install \/ Upgrade Deluge in Ubuntu:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The new release has been made into Deluge&#8217;s official PPA, available for <i>Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 15.04, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 12.04<\/i> and their derivatives (e.g., Linux Mint 13\/17, Elementary OS Freya).<\/p>\n<p>1. To add the PPA.<\/p>\n<p>Open terminal from the Dash, App Launcher, or via Ctrl+Alt+T shortcut keys.
