While Ubuntu 16.04 provides the old 2.10.2 release, the <a href=\"https:\/\/hexchat.github.io\/downloads.html\" target=\"_blank\">HexChat website<\/a> refers to <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~gwendal-lebihan-dev\/+archive\/ubuntu\/hexchat-stable\" target=\"_blank\">Gwendal LE BIHAN&#8217;s PPA<\/a> (unofficial) for the latest release.<\/p>\n<p>1.
