GPUs with VDPAU Feature Set H are capable of hardware-accelerated decoding of 8192&#215;8192 (8k) H.265\/HEVC video streams.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug that caused the X server to sometimes skip displaying Vulkan frames when the Composite extension is enabled.<\/li>\n<li>Added support for querying clock values on Pascal GPUs.<\/li>\n<li>Removed the Base Mosaic configuration option from nvidia-settings on systems where the feature is not actually supported.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug that caused nvidia-smi to report an inaccurate version number.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug that could lead to a system crash if there was a peer-to-peer mapping still active during CUDA context teardown.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug that prevented nvidia-bug-report.sh from finding relevant messages in kernel log files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Install Nvidia 367.35 in Ubuntu:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Graphics Driver Team has made the new driver release into PPA, available for Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 12.04, and the next Ubuntu 16.10.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the steps below to add PPA and install the driver:<\/p>\n<p>1. Add <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~graphics-drivers\/+archive\/ubuntu\/ppa\" target=\"_blank\">Graphics Drive PPA<\/a>, by opening terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and running the command:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers\/ppa<\/pre>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/nvidia-ppa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/nvidia-ppa-600x112.jpg\" alt=\"nvidia-ppa\" width=\"600\" height=\"112\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/nvidia-ppa-600x112.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/nvidia-ppa-450x84.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/nvidia-ppa.jpg 690w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2. After that, install <code>nvidia-367<\/code> driver using Additional Drivers utility.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/additional-drivers.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/additional-drivers-450x256.jpg\" alt=\"additional-drivers\" width=\"450\" height=\"256\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6051\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/additional-drivers-450x256.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/additional-drivers-600x342.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/additional-drivers.jpg 869w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or run the commands below one by one in terminal:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo apt update\n\nsudo apt install nvidia-367<\/pre>\n<p>Finally restart your computer and done.<\/p>\n<p>3.
