The new release features experimental <b>support for Chromecast<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>With <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.smplayer.info\/support-for-chromecast-in-smplayer-17-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">SMPlayer 17.1<\/a>, you can send local videos or online streams like TV channels, YouTube or Vimeo videos from SMPlayer to Chromecast device.<\/p>\n<p>Just play a video in SMPlayer, then select the option &#8220;Play on Chromecast&#8221; from the Play menu.
