Here&#8217;s how to install it in Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 16.10, and Ubuntu 17.04.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>PPSSPP can run your PSP games on your PC in full HD resolution. It can even upscale textures that would otherwise be too blurry as they were made for the small screen of the original PSP.<\/p>\n<p>All trademarks are property of their respective owners. Follow the steps below one by one to add it and install PPSSPP:<\/p>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Open terminal by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T or searching for &#8220;Terminal&#8221; from start menu. When it opens, run command:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ppsspp\/stable<\/pre>\n<p><i>Type in your password (no visual feedback due to security reason) and hit Enter.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ppsspp-ppa-600x89.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"89\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6665\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ppsspp-ppa-600x89.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ppsspp-ppa-450x67.jpg 450w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ppsspp-ppa.jpg 751w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> After adding the PPA, you can either search for install ppsspp via Synaptic Package Manager, or run following commands to update package index and install ppsspp:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"border:none;\">sudo apt-get update\r\n\r\nsudo apt-get install ppsspp<\/pre>\n<p><b>Uninstall:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To remove the PPA, launch Software &#038; Updates utility and navigate to Other Software tab.
