The new release features in-game screen recording and Android support.<\/p>\n<p>Supertuxkart 0.9.3 release highlight:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduced RAM and VRAM usage, reducing load times.<\/li>\n<li>New mesh format optimized for space and hardware skinning<\/li>\n<li>Code refactoring of both render pipelines<\/li>\n<li>New karts Wilber, Hexley, Kiki and updated Konqi.<\/li>\n<li>New tracks Cornfield Crossing and Candela City<\/li>\n<li>Physics improvements and various physics bugfixes<\/li>\n<li>Kart GFX improvements (exhaust and headlight)<\/li>\n<li>In-game screen recording powered by libopenglrecorder<\/li>\n<li>High quality mipmap generation by Stragus<\/li>\n<li>New smoother camera<\/li>\n<li>New Grand Prix win scene<\/li>\n<li>Gamepad configuration bugfixes<\/li>\n<li>3 Strikes Battle: added spare tire karts<\/li>\n<li>Various improvements (see the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.supertuxkart.net\/2017\/11\/supertuxkart-093-released.html\" target=\"_blank\">release note<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to Install Supertuxkart 0.9.3 in Ubuntu:<\/h4>\n<p>There&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~stk\/+archive\/ubuntu\/dev\/\" target=\"_blank\">stable PPA<\/a> contains the new 0.9.3 release for Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 17.04, Ubuntu 17.10, and next Ubuntu 18.04.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Open terminal via Ctrl+Alt+T or by searching it from app launcher.
