Here&#8217;s how to install it in all current Ubuntu releases.<\/p>\n<p>While the first bug-fix release brings KDE Plasma 5.18 compatibility, Audacious audio player 4.0.2 includes mainly bug fixes and tweaks for the Qt interface:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed a regression where the Enter key did not work in the playlist.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the seek bar changing width as the time counter increments.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the title bar getting stuck showing &#8220;Buffering&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Added a workaround to ensure that the toolbar is not hidden on startup.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the Composer field not being saved when updating ID3v2 tags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/audacious402.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"391\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-9975\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/audacious402.png 560w, https:\/\/ubuntuhandbook.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/audacious402-450x314.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>How to Install Audacious 4.0.2 in Ubuntu:<\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~ubuntuhandbook1\/+archive\/ubuntu\/apps\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">unofficial PPA<\/a> contains the latest packages for Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 19.10, and Ubuntu 20.04.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Open terminal by either pressing <b>Ctrl+Alt+T<\/b> on keyboard or searching for &#8216;terminal&#8217; from application menu.
