Any help would be awesome! :D
Hello,
I had the same situation, and realized it was not numix error, neither ubuntu nor unity tweak tool or ubuntu tweak tool: the problem was UNITY desktop, I mean Unity didnot startup when it is rebooted, keeps reading the original installing OS config file, then adds new application with the respective icon, but Unity needs to be restarted. So you open a terminal pressing simultaneously CTRL+ALT+T keys, and copy this command and then press Enter Key:
unity &disown
then patiently wait some secs…Unity will restart and take you back into your terminal.. when all operations freeze in your terminal..close it and then check unity panel services, your apps, etc…
The best and hugs from Chile.
